Receptionist/Cashier
We have an immediate opening for a receptionist/cashier. We are looking for a personable, dependable, and diversified individual who will have the opportunity to learn many responsibilities within the dealership during regular business hours, Tuesday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, and Saturday, 9:00 am - 4:00 pm.

· Experience handling cash, checks, and credit/debit card payments
· Experience with a multi-line phone
· Must have good oral skills and be polite, friendly, patient, and respectful.
· Able to multitask

Job Responsibilities:
· Ensure that customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service
· Take ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out those additional assignments that allow the dealership to leave a positive impression on the customer.
· Provide support for all customer inquiries, whether by phone or in person and ensure that the customer does not get mishandled.
· General Clerical including document scanning and filing.
· The ideal candidate will be organized with a friendly personality; have exceptional time management skills; have the ability to communicate with our customers and team members successfully; and have a professional appearance.
